    Includes: a 60-minute planning session, a detailed PDF of your plan with evidence-based guidance sprinkled in, and other resources.

  • Virtual postpartum support gives you access to an RN postpartum doula during the moments when questions, emotions, or uncertainty come up in real time, without needing an in-home visit.

    • 24/7 text + phone support

    • Support as you build confidence in your baby and yourself

    This style of support is completely virtual, flexible, and designed to fit naturally into your daily life as questions and challenges arise.

    • Hands-on support with guidance between visits.

    • This is completely centered around what your family needs most that day. Some days may focus on newborn care and feeding support, while other visits may focus on your recovery, emotional wellbeing, rest, or simply helping, just being another set of hands for household tasks. All to support you physically and emotionally to ease the transition of bringing your baby home.
